Project Overview
WeGoLook is a third-party verification company featuring 10,000+ Lookers (Agents) in the United States to capture dynamic data and complete a variety of custom tasking. Data capture includes photos, video, observations, measurements and completing personalized report templates. Custom tasking includes picking up items then delivering to a shipper, retrieving courthouse records, notarizing documents and more. WeGoLook is looking to create a mobile app for its Lookers (Agents) to take pictures from their phones and have these pictures be accessible from their existing system, that is based on Drupal.
Competition Task Overview
For this challenge, competitors need to use tech stack specified to finish the work below for proof of concept. Competitors need to build android application using phonegap.
The android application contains the following functionalities:
1. Take the pictures with configurable quality(see here) and store the pictures into locally on the devices. Then later it can be synched to server. After synching, the photos should be deleted from the devices. Please refer to the example here.We are open to multiple options for storage of photos but the images must be secure and accessible from the existing Drupal system.
2. Please geotag images - see the example here.
3. Upload images took in step #1 to a sample druple site by referring to the pixgather(see https://drupal.org/project/PixGather).
