February 26, 2015 International Women’s Day – Celebrating Our Female Members

“How important it is for us to recognize and celebrate our heroes and she-roes!”

International Women’s Day (IWD) is a day to celebrate the achievements of women all around the world. This year’s theme is “Make it Happen” which is all about encouraging effective action for advancing and recognizing women.

In celebration of this year’s International Women’s Day celebrated on March 8th, we will be dedicating the entire month of March to showcasing extraordinary women from all over the world who are part of our Topcoder community and that is where we need your help.

I would like to ask our entire community to take a few minutes to recognize and nominate a female Topcoder member who you believe should be part of our member spotlight in March. Self nominations are equally welcomed and highly encouraged! I know we have an incredible group of women amongst us and what better way to celebrate them than dedicate this month to their achievements and show our appreciation for how they inspire us and other women to #MakeItHappen. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, March 6th.
