Dyson, leading designer and manufacturer of household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hand dryers, bladeless fans, heaters, hair dryers, and lights, came to Topcoder to perform an unstructured/exploratory testing of the company’s online store for UK and India markets. The end goal was to identify opportunities to create an improved retail customer experience for their shoppers.
