Ilium Accounts Address Book Management

This repost covers the address validation and address change functionality of the Trojan application. Members are required to change the existing address user control (ASCX) properties into the skin where they can be set by the current ASP.NET theme. A demo is included in the distribution that shows this done for another web part. Additionally the submitter must incorporate logging of address change events. The demo must show use of the MelissaData services address validation component (see note on requirement 1.2.6). Unit testing is required only for new or changed code - you are no longer required to test all existing code.
