Challenge Overview
Many web applications/sites are created by local languages, but accessed by global people. This causes codepage problems for database.
This RIA Build competition is to create the javascript code to check the language settings on web browsers and OS and lead to set the favorite language settings before sign in web sites. After implementing this function, users can input data correctly via web browser without codepage problem.
