Challenge Overview
This component will be part of the File Display and Error Utility application. It will be responsible for retrieving the value of an attribute from the Message file. The component will implement the interfaces shown in ibm.arms.utilities.message and classes shown in the ibm.arms.utilities.attributes namespace in the File Display and Error Utility Class Diagram.
Note that TopCoder catalog components are not to be used, and any 3rd party libraries must be approved by the client in the forum.
