Challenge Overview

IT Self Service is a new project for TopCoder. It serves two primary purposes:1. Generate Help Desk tickets when users have IT problems2. Provide access to the IT Knowledge BaseThe overall goal of this application is to drive users to the Knowledge Base, so that they can solve their own problems. This will cut down on the number of Help Desk tickets created. Additionally, Vesta would like to encourage all their staff to use this Self Service tool as much as possible, rather than resorting to other means of reporting problems or requesting information (phone calls, emails, etc).IT Self Service v1.0 is already in production, and Vesta had already started building v2.0. Thus, we're lucky enough to already have a good 2.0 specification to start from.So, in this contest, you will start from that existing specification document and the storyboards, and then fill in the details through the standard TopCoder ARS and UML deliverables. 
This contest deals only with the admin part of the application.
