Challenge Overview
The purpose of this component is to provide a service to send email notifications, and to run jobs on Quartz to send those notifications, and anther job to run archiving and cleaning on existing certificates of origin.
This component will provide the interface and classes defined in the Quartz Jobs and Notification Service Class Diagram It will also provide a POJO implementation for the interface.
