Challenge Overview
The purpose of this component is to provide Struts 1.3 actions to manage Nom certificates of origin and manage locations, and sample JSPs to be used with them.
The actions are defined in the Struts - Nom Certificate of Origin and Location Actions Class Diagram. The designer will provide the action forms as needed. Overall, the structure of the actions is fully up to the designer, as no other component relies on this.
