Challenge Overview
Hera is providing a marketplace that connects consumers with multiple lenders that compete for their business, it is exposing a set of web services (i.e Lead Verification, Buying Power .. etc), the services communicate with a third party system called Targus to validate contact information.
This component will update Hera Contact Verification WCF Service component to utilize Targus Engine Component instead of making direct calls to TargusInfo API service. In addition, create WCF service that exposes functionality of Household Buying Power (EID 3251) service, it will provide ability to use all information that can be obtained from Targus.
