What is the maximum length of words or pages for this content?

No restriction will take place for this contest, but the content must be well written, short, inviting, and convincing. We want to inroduce the above list as block in a separate area mixed with graphics and illustrations.

In what format do you want to see the content?

I would think of it as a Guide document (block), that also can be split to a set of FAQs (Question and Answer).

If the content requires illustrations, photographs, and diagrams we expect the writer to deliver a complete package including web-ready artwork.

What is the expected web layout of this content?

We are currently running a Studio contests to build "Help Center" pages for TC Cockpit, we have completed a Wireframe contest, and currently there is a Storyboard contest running, we are encourged to check the result of that contest to have an overiew of the structure of the "Help Center" content.

Note that we are focusing in building areas for first-time user experience, and we expect this Guid to be part of the content that is targeting first-time users.

Submission format?

Word document, rft, HTML, pdf.

Do you have any additional information?

* The document needs to be easy to read and not intimidating. We want the user to feel comfortable, safe and confident as they read it.

* Please back up your document with snapshots/graphics/illustration, it will make user understand your point easily.

* The document should be well-written in proper paragraph format and include subheadings to break out ideas and clear step-by-step processes for the "3 easy steps to select a CoPilot" item listed above.

Please you are encourged to ask more questions in the forum.

Milestone and Review

This contest will have a single submission phase with one milestone deliverable. TopCoder will choose 5 milestone winners; each will win $50 and a Review..  The milestone deliverable should clearly demonstrate the structure and content of your final product, although content can be limited to a detailed outline for the milestone.

At the end of the contest a review board will award first and second place prizes.  The review will mainly be subjective.  The review board will likely be a mix of TC staff, members and customers.
