Challenge Overview
Currently, MMAPS does not have an efficient and user friendly way to change the values of the query conditions that defines allocation logic in the application batch process. The only way to do it today is to run a SQL update query directly inside the database. Whenever the business allocation rules change, it requires the application support team to open a production ticket in order to alter the query condition table.
The "query condition editor" is a user friendly solution that makes it possible for customers to change the values of these query conditions through web pages. A user should be able to select a query conditions to edit and then save the changes to application database. Upon submitting the changes, the user should be able to view the values that have been changed and get an informative error message if something goes wrong when changing the values.
