Challenge Overview
The security policy comparison tool will compare sets of Microsoft Windows administrative policy (in the form of .pol files) and security policy (in the form of exported .inf files) and produce reports showing any differences. For administrative policy, the group policy name, location and description will be shown in the report.
It is possible that in future this tool will be extended to incorporate further security analysis features, but this is out of the scope of the current project.
