Challenge Overview
Morpheus has financial advisors who use a case tracking system called Status Manager(SM) which facilitates advisors to track the status of the work they submitted to back office.
Status Manager provides a single place to view the current status of client's business as it is processed at the Corporate Office. Some Service Alerts that are emailed to the advisor from various business groups in "Service Delivery" (a group at back office serving advisors) are also captured in Status Manager.
SM provides default inbox view with list of cases/notifications to advisors and assistants, and a search page view for CSR (customer service representative). SM is a customized solution for the company which is owned and maintained by third party vendor.
Status Manager is integrated with multiple internal applications within organization. Source systems will post the notification status updates including create/update and closure.
The application facilitates 2-way communication functionality in the form of notes to and from integrated applications. Email text is added to status manager notification systematically. Status manager has email functionality to advisors on predefined events.
Using the concept document, wire frames and supporting documentation, members will create a detailed specification document for the SM application.
