Challenge Summary
In this contest, you are going to enhance the existing Diana EHR 3.0 Prototype by adding three new "Visit Notes" based on a series of screen shots of an older application. This existing prototype already demonstrates two Visit Notes, and you are going to add three more. This existing prototype also provides design, functional direction, graphics and other design assets.
Although this contest creates more Visit Notes, it is in fact slightly smaller than the previous Visit Note contest ("Medication Management Visit Note").
Competitors should keep the groupings illustrated by the screen shots, but improve layout, design, and remain within the limits of the prototype. This contest is the second in a series that will be posted for this project.
Entries must be your original work, and must not infringe on the copyright or licenses of others. Stock art, clip art, templates and other design elements from other sources are prohibited unless specifically permitted here in the Contest Details.
