Contest Details For this contest you will be designing a new User Interface for the MyK&B website. Please do your research! Review the provided links and competitor sites to get a sense for the industry and what new design ideas you can bring to the client. (DO NOT COPY ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS - WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NEW). The first Theme contest was for the Proflo brand. Now we need a new UI for the MyK&B brand! The winning design will be skinned in a future contest using the existing Proflo CSS Framework. DO NOT LET THE FRAMEWORK HINDER YOUR DESIGN - we are always looking for great ideas and the CSS framework is very flexible. There are very specific areas needed for the MyK&B Theme - please pay attention to the Round 1 and Round 2 requirements. Good luck! Logo/Icons/Images - Please provide a simple MyK&B logo in a script font as a placeholder - This is purely a placeholder (do not spend time on this) - We are looking for new simple icons to replace the provided icons shown in the Theme-files download. - You may use any of the MyK&B images provided plus any properly documented photos from istockphoto (read the stock photo rules carefully!) The most important aspect of this contest is designing a very easy to understand user experience. The user should not have to think about what to click, where to go or how to find information. They should be focused on the products displayed and not the interactions themselves. Stock Photography Watermarked comp photography from istockphoto.com is allowed in this contest. You must follow these instructions or your submission will fail screening: 1) You must include a completed Third Party Content worksheet. It belongs with your Submission folder/zip file -- NOT your Source folder/zip file. 2) Only use photos, and only use them from iStockPhoto. Other iStockPhoto artwork is not allowed. 3) Be sure to keep the watermark intact. If the image is cropped in such a way that the watermark is not visible, please be sure to include the entire image in your source files so we can see that it is a comp image from iStockphoto.com.
