Challenge Summary

Tree.com would like to build a way to manage Landing Page URLS. Your task is to create the first four (4) pages of the wireframes.

Round 1

At the end of Round One, the client will choose two (2) milestone winners; each will win $50 and a Design Review. These winners and any member who had a passing submission in Round One will be eligible to compete in Round 2 for the additional $425 in prizes.

Round 2

Round 2 will start with the announcement of the two $50 Round 1 winners and the posting of their design reviews in the contest forum.


All Pages

All pages should contain a header and footer area - use a logo placeholder and copyright lorem ipsum. The user should be able to click through all pages by creating a new configuration and editing an existing configuration

 

Page 1) HOME PAGE

Content here is : data table of existing configurations + "CREATE A NEW CONFIGURATION" button
Data table has three (3) columns:
- Configurations (Acme Configuration)
- Domain (lendingtree, getsmart, quickmatch, insurancetree, degreetree, real-estate)
- Action ("edit" buttons)
* Note that data should be sortable by both Configuration and Domain.


Page 2) CREATE A NEW CONFIGURATION PAGE

Content here is : form to create a new configuration
- label, CREATE AN ID FOR THIS CONFIGURATION + form element is a text input
+ "?" icon + tooltip hint is "Letters and / or numbers. No spaces allowed."

- label, URL OF LANDING PAGE / FORM + form element is a text input
+ "?" icon + tooltip hint is “The URL of the page you are testing.”
+ "add another URL" button (if this is clicked, another "URL OF LANDING PAGE / FORM" form element will appear)

- label, DISTRIBUTION OF TRAFFIC for (full URL from above) + form elements is a drop select (default is "Select", options are: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, etc.)
+ "?" icon + tooltip hint is "Distribution by Landing Page/Form must equal 100%."
*Note that there will be one of these for each of the URLs entered above - show at least two in the wireframe

- label, DOMAIN + drop select  (default is "Select", options are: lendingtree, getsmart, quickmatch, insurancetree, degreetree, real-estate)

Page 3) SINGLE CONFIGURATION PAGE (after it has been created / saved)
Content here is :
- the static data from the create page
- a thumbnail of the landing pages associated with the configuration (use blank placeholder) - show at least 2 in this wireframe


4) EDIT CONFIGURATION PAGE
Content here is :
- the same as "create new config" only all of the info is already filled in on the editable form elements
- show both SAVE and CANCEL buttons

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • New to Studio? ‌Learn how to compete here
  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
