Challenge Summary
This contest is to create a single storyboard landing page based on the requirements below.
Note: There is NO submission limit to this contest. The client is prepared to purchase a minimum of three (3) great designs and hopes to purchase several more. You will receive a $250 prize for each accepted submission.
TEMPLATE
You MUST create your design within the provided template (LT_LP_Template.PSD). No part of your design may fall beyond the template guides; In addition, each zone must stand on its own and not be dependent on any other zone or area (including header and footer). (See restrictions.png)
COLORS
Acceptable colors are: black, white, shades of gray and the GREEN found on the LT website (http://www.LendingTree.com/)
The Header, Footer and Zones 2 and 3 must have a white background (see Exceptions below and restrictions.png). Zonee 1 may have colored backgrounds.
TYPOGRAPHY
Use Windows Standard Fonts for all text, as all text must be editable. Use font style, size and color to indicate importance / user flow for the page.
STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY
Stock photography is required for this contest. You may use stock photos in Zone 1 only.
Watermarked comp photography from istockphoto.com is allowed in this contest. You must follow these instructions or your submission will fail screening:
1) You must include a completed Third Party Content worksheet. It belongs with your Submission folder/zip file -- NOT your Source folder/zip file.
2) Only use photos, and only use them from iStockPhoto. Other iStockPhoto artwork is not allowed.
3) Be sure to keep the watermark intact. If the image is cropped in such a way that the watermark is not visible, please be sure to include the entire image in your source files so we can see that it is a comp image from istockphoto.com.
ZONE RESTRICTIONS
Each zone will be "swap-able" with zones from other submissions. For example: if the client were to purchase design A and design B, they must be able to take zone 2 from design A and "swap" it into the zone 2 spot of design B and have the design still work. With this in mind, the following zone restrictions apply.(See restrictions.png)
Rounded Corners and Borders
Rounded corners and/or borders are acceptable, so long as they are contained within a single zone.
Gradients and Background Colors
Full gradients and background colors (other than white) are allowed in Zone 1 only.
EXCEPTIONS: If the background color block or gradient is contained within a bordered area, they may be used in zone 2 or zone 3.

Submission Notes
You can upload any number of UNIQUE designs. If any two designs are so similar that we cannot easily see the difference between them, we will immediately remove one from consideration rather than struggle to find the difference.
SUBMISSION FOLDER
You must submit TWO (2) images : One (1) of your design (created by saving the template PSD as a JPG or PNG) and One (1) of the same design with the "template overlay" layer showing, over your design. It must also contain your required Stock Art Document.
SOURCE FOLDER
You must submit the provided template, "LT_LP_Template.psd" as your sole submission file, with the "template overlay" layer intact.
FINAL FIXES
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify content and/or colors.
Also note: If your PSD file contains "junk" layers, is not well organized or presents in a manner that makes the file less than useful to the client as an editable source file (text has been rasterized, layers have been merged incorrectly, etc), you will be asked to repair the file in the final fix phase
