SIZE REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
- Maximum size for Filter Icons and Basic Web Icons is 24x24 pixels / Minimum size for Filter Icons and Basic Web Icons is 16x16 pixels. Note: You may choose the size you prefer, but ALL of these icons must be the same size.

INDIVIDUAL / SPECIFIC ICON REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS: There are 26 unique icons plus hover-state versions of basic website icons (same icon design, but show some indication of state change on mouse-over) - see template.

Basic Website Icons (11)
You may base your icons on the existing icons OR create entirely new icons. The client is okay with these icons, but we want ALL icons on the site to work well together.
These are basic icons that allow the user to navigate and perform work functions on the website.
- Acceptable colors for these icons are : Orange for all except delete / remove association (Orange OR Red is acceptable for delete / remove).
- Fonts are NOT allowed for these icons
- Show "normal" and "hover" (mouse-over) views - as they are click-able

Filter Icons (6)

- Fonts are REQUIRED for these icons. The text will be editable in the prototype, so only Arial is allowed (any weight/style/color) and text-shadow (drop shadow) is the only effect allowed on the text.
- No hover view for these icons, as they are not click-able

Group (text-based) Icons (7)
These are icons that should be visibly associated with a group. For example - it must be immediately clear that the icons for "Credit" and "Actor" are both from the "Person" group AND that "Director" is NOT from this group. This should be a compact button-like style, to be used for all tags. You need only show one example, per group.

DELIVERABLES / ROUNDS

Round One
First versions of ALL icons listed above / indicated in the template must be submitted by the contest milestone.

Round Two
Final versions of ALL icons listed above / indicated in the template must be submitted by the contest deadline.

Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your template submission within it.

Submission File
Save a view of the required/provided template with all icons included (PNG format, 800px x 1097px, 72 DPI, RBG color mode) as your submission file.

Source Files
Save the required/provided psd template (with all of your layered/labeled icon groups), zip it up and include it as your source file.
HINT: Before saving, collapse and hide all of your icon groups and create a solid white (#ffffff) rasterized layer as the every top layer - leave this solid white layer as the only visible layer. This will reduce your file size significantly.

FINAL FIX
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your icons. Also - if your PSD file is not well organized and useful as an editable source file for the client (ie your layers are not labeled properly, grouped properly, and/or some layers have been merged - making it difficult to edit them) you will be asked to fix your source file.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.
