Contest Details Hestia is always looking to give their customers a better user experience by providing new and up-to-date features in their B2B Web Application. Over the last few months the Studio Community has helped Hestia create a completely new user interface for their B2B Application. For this contest we need you to rework and add to the the design of the My Account Screens new features. Hestia customers who want to: - Manage Saved Credit Cards (Add/Delete/Name Multiple Credit Card Accounts) - Manage payments using their linked bank account. - Select their default payment method (Payment on Account or Credit Card) - "See" shared Credit Cards (Credit Cards that maybe the Owner has assigned to the User) - Mange and set personal alerts (A user wants to be alerted with their account goes over $1,000 etc) - Manage their "Ship-To" Address Book (this is where they can add or remove shipping address) - Manage their default shipping Address - Mange or Select their preferred Hestia location (via the Location Finder) - Manage their current My Preferences (these items will stay the same) - Manage their Hestia B2B Account Information - Manage their Password and Email. - Mange their image preferences (should product images within the application be turned on or off all the time) Note 1: We will need a consistent "Save/Update" design and message. Note 2: Go to the provided prototype and open "change_my_email.html" - You can keep this "My Account" design (tabs) or provide us with a new solution. - Make sure you keep the "graphic design" consistent with the application (buttons, colors etc) - Does this area get broken up differently? (Account Preferences, Shipping Preferences, Payment Preferences etc?) Note 3: Go to the provided Credit Card prototype to see how that process works. You will be designing the users management screens for their Credit Cards and Shipping options. Scenarios Customers can make a payment on their account via credit card or direct from their linked bank account. We need some ideas to represents how to display them. Scenario 1: Customer has charged $825.00 to their Hestia account. They want to make a payment of $500 by a saved credit card. Scenario 2: Customer wants to set a personal alert for when their account goes over $1,000. The next week, their account hits $1200.00 Scenario 3: Customer wants to link their bank account with their Hestia account. They want to transfer $500 from their bank and apply it to their Hestia account. Research!! - Look at other web sites and how do they handle their Account areas? (Amazon, ebay, banks? etc) - How do the handle Credit Cards preferences and e-wallets? - Help us make this area much more efficient and useful to the Hestia B2B customer Resources & Requirements IMPORTANT - Keep things consistent.
