Challenge Summary

Panacea has started a number of development efforts to create mobile applications for health care providers. These applications work with sensitive patient data and must be protected with security measures that comply with health care industry regulations. This project is to create an authentication module for integration with the current mobile health care applications Panacea is creating with TopCoder.

Two factor authentications is required by the module, meaning that the user must present two ways of identifying himself (simultaneously or in succession) in order to access the application. The valid means of authentication for the module will be:

-        Username/password

-        Pin

-        Facial recognition

-        Registered device recognition

-        Badge scan

Some of these methods will need to be set up within the module before they can be used (device and face Registration only after dual authentication using other factors). If possible, the module will enforce the user to re-authenticate any time the device becomes idle or the application is closed.

Wireframes should show the flow. When first accessing an app, it should ask the user to authenticate using the previously used authentication factors, but there is more to it than that. Then it may be a different user who wants to authenticate with different factors, so there needs to be a flow to allow them to do that. Also there needs to be screens for registration etc.

Required Pages:

All Use-Cases from the below functionalities are required for the wireframe

1)     Unregistered User Functionality

2)     Registered User Functionality

Target Audience:

The user is all Panacea Users. (Medical Person, Patient, etc.)

Judging Criteria:

- How well your wireframes provide a consistent user flow

- How well you implement the suggested information and any suggestions, interactions and user flow you recommend (provide any notes or comments for the client)
