Challenge Summary

The client wants us to come up with a "fresh" look - one that is NOT like other apps we have created and also NOT like a website. They have given us the "Flipboard" app as an example (google "Flipboard" for images and video is you do not have the app). You will be designing the dashboard (main nave screen) and alternate states. Your design should be created as layered PSDs, at 132DPI in RBG color mode. You will be designing four (4) screens, and each will require psds for both orientations (vertical / horizontal) for a total of 8 screens.

Round 1

For round one deadline, 3 screens are due: the first screen (dashboard), second screen (welcome page 1) and fourth page (flip transition) are required, in vertical orientation only.

Round 2

For round 2, all eight (8) required screens must be submitted. Round 2 will begin with milestone winner announcement and winner feedback.

This is a repost, as the first contest was unsuccessful. If you submitted to the first contest and are planning to REsubmit, please note:
- read all restrictions and requirements carefully, as many were not followed in the first contest
- note that new restrictions / requirements have been added, per client feedback on the first contest subs
- note that if you read the original contest forum question in the "Photos + Text" thread, the client has since said that the color block MUST be at the exact mid point and cannot be at any other point (1/3, 1/4 etc) so please disregard that answer on point #3 ;)
- if you have any questions about the requirements or restrictions listed below, please ask in the forums

The contest details can be found in the provided download text document.
