Challenge Summary
Welcome to Exposure Registry - Wireframe Contest.
Soteria promotes safety in the workplace and one aspect of safety is exposure to hazardous materials or chemicals. The ability for workers to register their exposures with Soteria allows for better tracking and documentation if and when problems occur. Currently workers may submit exposure information by a fillable PDF which can be downloaded from the Soteria website. Once submitted, the PDF goes through a batch loading process to an external database. From there, Soteria internal users are able to view and run reports. No additional follow up is done currently after that point.
This application will move the process of exposure registry to the web and will integrate with other Soteria systems to provide better linking of information as well as reporting features for both Soteria and employers.
At the end of this contest, the client is looking appropriate system workflow that easy to understand for all users and clean, intuitive wireframes that will become a great input for storyboard design contest.

The client wants to create a tool, which will allow the easy capture of worker exposure information. The exposure here refers to occupational exposures to hazardous substances.
The idea is to provide an easy-to-use submission format, which does not require a lot of experience or knowledge of intricate wording and concepts to be able to compile and submit relevant exposure information. The client is looking for an easy to use and streamlined exposure data management system with well-defined workflows that would guide the input, interaction, as well as processing of the submission(s).
