Challenge Summary

Welcome to the AEGLE Agent Workbench Wireframe contest, the objective is to create the HTML wireframe of the Agent Workbench process of AEGLE Studio. The purpose of AWB is to allow agents to configure personalized product offerings/quotes across our full range of individual products. This includes medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits. Within each product line, the agent is able to tweak the configuration. By adjusting the level of coverage, the premium the customer will pay will vary.

We are looking for a process flow and layout design of the pages mentioned below that are part of the whole Agent Workbench application. This application must be user friendly, intuitive, and easy to use.

Round 1

- All required screens mentioned in the requirements section
- Any notes for the client about your submission

Round 2

- All required screens mentioned in the requirements section
- Any notes for the client about your submission

Primary Goal & Design Considerations

For this contest, you will create the HTML wireframe pages of Agent Workbench Generate Quote process outlined below in the requirements section.

You will be given image wireframes for the required screens as reference and guidelines. We are also open to new ideas you might have.

Requirements
1) Create A Quote

- see screen1.png and page1.png for the details, these screens are similar they just differ on positioning of elements, you may design your own layout on what you think is the best approach
- when a zip code was entered, it will display all the available products
- when there is a multiple products in a category (Dental, Vision, Supplemental, Life), it will show an icon for collapse/expand action
- hide plan name examples next to product categories when a category is expanded
- show plan name examples next to product categories when a category is collapsed
- when a product is unavailable it will become disabled and you need to show a sample of disabled product ( gray-out or lighten the text)
- if all products in a category are all unavailable, disable or gray-out the whole category

- Medical category
-- allow toggling between IMM and STM
-- when Medical is chosen, default to IMM
-- when IMM/STM is chosen, show requested effective date
-- when STM is chosen, show "end date" fields after Requested effective date
-- automatically fill date fields based on logic ( use sample data or text for now )

- auto fill Writing Agent field based on account logic ( use sample data or text for now )
- show sample of balloon / hint / help text
- clicking Add Child button will create a new fields for Child data entry

- clicking Continue button will move to the Customize & Compare page

2) Customize & Compare
- see screen2.png and page2.png for details of the screen
- you can re-organize the layout or implement new idea on what you think is the best approach and easy to understand by the users
- you may opt to auto calculate instead of using Recalculate button

Target Audience

- Agents will be the core user, but they may share the link with a consumer (individual purchasing the product). Prior to sending the link, the agent will have the ability to "lock" the page so that the person receiving the quote would not have the ability to customize on their own.

Judging Criteria

Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:

- Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the attached requirements.

- How well your wireframes provide a consistent user flow

- How well you implement the required data and any suggestions, interactions and user flow you recommend (provide any notes or comments for the client)
