Challenge Summary

BW IT PM Tool is an IT Patch Management Application that serves both IT Admins and the suppliers of IT infrastructure to companies. The primary purpose of the app is to help IT Admins maintain their company network with up-to-date releases for both software and hardware products.

Both conceptualization and wireframe contests were run as part of the project. We are now looking for storyboards for all the screens with wireframes.

We are expecting the user interface to be very simple and clear. The designs should have a clean and intuitive user interface, thereby resulting in the best customer experience.

Primary Goals:

The tool has 2 logins:

  1. ITA Admin – this login is for the IT Administrators. The key services available to the users of this login are to manage the network and scan/patch them. This user can also join a community in which other IT Admins and industry people participate on hot topics and issues/updates.
  2. Admin, CSM – this is for the supplier of software and hardware products. These users closely work with the IT Admins and provide all the resources that help the IT Admins. In return they expect to access the network information at regular intervals so that they can proactively serve the IT Admins. The level of information that will be accessed is limited to product information. Also, these users can create campaigns to offer special deals or introduce new products, etc.

Both users have dashboards that show a bunch of reports at a high level. There is a help and configuration setting that they can access.

All the use cases that are prioritized for the phase 1 implementation of the project have been identified and the wireframes were created for those screens.

The goal of this contest is to design storyboards for all the available wireframes.
