Challenge Summary

Welcome to the FAST!! TopCoder and Hyperspecialization Graphic Contest. The goal of this contest is to create a marketing graphic that TopCoder can use to illustrate how Hyperspecialization works within the TopCoder community and development model by showing the "division" and "assmbly" of work.

This contest has a FAST!!! Milestone and we will quickly provide feedback to meet our presentation deadline this week.

Round 1

We want to see your ideas for this graphic!
- Submit your design for a client review

Round 2

Final Design!

Project Details
The goal of this FAST!! contest is to create a graphic/illustration that TopCoder can use within a Powerpoint presentation that shows the "division" and "assembly or reassembly" of work using the TopCoder process.

Hyperspecialization is breaking up work previously done by one person into more specialized tasks done by several people. You can read more about how this applies to the TopCoder model here. (Article link)

This graphic will be used in presentations so think of how to best convey this "division" and "assembly" of work through the TopCoder process. You do not need to get super detailed with all the "steps" that TopCoder uses. This needs to be a high-level "division of work" explanation.

Graphic Details:
- Design your image in landscape/horizontal view
- Initially your design will be used in a PPT presentation - design for this size/image ratio
- You are open to colors/branding of this graphic - it must be Sharp and Professional looking
- You can brand this TopCoder but its not required - keep it simple (we will specify this more in Round 2 based on what we see in Round 1)

We would prefer you build this in Illustrator/vector but is not required
- If you build it in Photoshop you will need to build it as 300dpi so we can potentially use it in print.
- Your final screen deliverable will be for a Powerpoint (PPT) Slide - so make sure your image looks great in this format.

Target User
- Presentation attendees who are interested in learning about Hyperspecialization and TopCoder
- Current Customers

Judging Criteria
- How well you create the requested graphics and express "division and assembly"
- Cleanliness and professionalism of your graphics and design
- How well your design is useful for a presentation
