Challenge Summary

The main goal of this project is to deliver an efficient web-portal for managing safety-related and connected business materials, publicly providing information materials to Executives and Industry Leaders, promoting achieved employer’s best results and common practices, providing useful analytics and discussions. Parts of this goal will be reporting, automated e-mailing of data, tracking of user actions and statistics, delivering multimedia (audio/video) content.

We already have the initial wireframes. Your task for this contest is updating and provides new 4 subpages to the existing wireframes. At the end of this contest, the client is looking appropriate system workflow that easy to understand for all users and clean, intuitive wireframes that will become a great input for storyboard design contest.

Detail Requirements :

For this contest, you will create the wireframes for Executive Business and Safety Center application.  We already have the initial wireframes for the application, Now we need 4 subpages to demonstrate the content capabilities of the application. 2 of the 4 subpages are launched from the 3 main images on the homepage. The other two are 2 of the 7 tabs in the tabbed section. The 4 subpages are : Safety Stars, CEO Testimonials, Incentives, and Metrics.

These are the pages that needs to be built in wireframes :

1.    The Safety Star subpage should include the call to action of the original "Become a Safety Star" registration hook and information on the level 3 profiling element from the conceptualization questionnaire. (Updating Page)

2.    The CEO Testimonials subpage should contain a series of CEO videos and podcasts of their speeches. It should also contain a survey like section called "executive feedback" that allows them to provide feedback to questions like "how do you rank safety as a priority in your corporate strategic objectives?" (Updating Page)

3.    The Metrics subpage should contain information produced by the BPT (Business Planning Toolkit.pptx) and Industry statistics portal (IndustryStats.docx). (New Page)

4.    The Incentives subpage should contain information and examples of COR, savings calculation on Premiums reduction due to safety performance, safety star information from the perspective of dollars incentive (New Page)

5.    Homepage Update, Please fill in metric and incentives tabs with appropriate content from provided documents. also please update the ticker to showing dropdown by default below the "stat ticker" and when user click the dropdown, secondary ticker should appear below the existing ticker.

Target Audiences

There will be four (4) kinds of user that will use this application :
1.    User, anonymous person that access this application.
2.    Registered User, person from partners company that already registered into this application.
3.    Web Master, person authorized to configure the application and get statistic reports of the application.
4.    Business Coordinator,  person authorized to manage content and awards in this application including  manage user.

Judging Criteria
Your submission will be judged using following criteria :
1. Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the attached documents.
2. How well your wireframes provides a consistent user flow.
3. How well you implement the required data and provides suggestion, interactions and the user flow.

Wireframes should be built in HTML, Axure (.rp).

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your submissions (finalfix will cames fast after winner being selected).

  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

SUBMISSION FORMAT:

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
