Challenge Summary

Welcome to Prevention Franchising - Wireframe Contest 2nd Phase.
WorkSafeBC has a website with content (articles, videos, legislation, training materials, and other documentation) around safety in the workplace. WorkSafeBC funds a number of industry associations to provide training and safety content of approved material through their own channels and standards.

This project is to expand the current channels of content distribution to employers, workers, or anyone else who might want to set up a franchise to provide approved content. The project will create a framework for people and organizations to become franchisees, to customize the content they want to make available on their site, to submit new content for approval and to customize the experience of the end user consuming the content.

At the end of this contest, the client is looking appropriate system workflow that easy to understand for all users and clean, intuitive wireframes that will become a great input for storyboard design contest.

We already have the initial wireframes from the first phase contest, it covers three sections, "Guest User" , "Franchisee User" and "Publisher". In this contest  we want you to provide new scenario/workflow for "Approver", "Relationship Manager" and "Administrator" section using the initial wireframes for the basic flow and layout. Please read our Conceptualization document files and Questionaire for detailed documentation about page requirements.

Requirement:

For this contest you will create the wireframes for Prevention Franchising. The general target platform of this application will be a web browser application.
In this application there will be several types of user. Each user has their own type and functionality. The types of users of the system are:
1. Guest User
2. Registered User
    All users below are included in the registered user category:
    - Franchisee User
    - Publisher (Franchisee Publisher or Staff Publisher)
    - Approver
    - Relationship Manager
    - Administrator 

For this contest, you just need to focus for these types of user funcionality :

- Approver
   
- Receive pending approval notification
   - Approve content creation/edition/removal  

- Relationship Manager
   
- Approve franchise user 
   - View usage statistics
   - Filter statistics by franchise
   - Filter statistics by content
   - Filter statistics by date
   - Approve franchise site

- Administrator
   - Manage content taxonomy
   - Manage franchise users
   - Manage Social network integrations
   - Manage content delivery to social networks
   - Import content

Note : Since Approver, Relationship Manager and administrator are included in the Registered User Category please provide the functionality for these types of users as listed below:

You are provided with conceptualization document. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HIGHLIGHTED PORTIONS IN THE CONCEPTUALIZATION DOCUMENT SHOW WHAT IS OUT OF SCOPE.)

Target Audience:
1. Guest User.
The Guest User represents the web visitor. The web visitor will not need to login in order to access the website content and common functionality.
2. Franchisee User.
The franchisee user is registered user and a representative of a franchisee company, industry association or organization. The franchisee user will use the application to manage the franchisee site.
3. Franchisee Publisher.
The franchisee publisher is a franchisee user authorized to submit contents to the WorkSafeBC site.
4. Staff Publisher.
The staff publisher is a member of the WorkSafeBC staff that is authorized to submit contents to the WorkSafeBC site.
5. Approver.
The approver is a WorkSafeBC staff member responsible of reviewing and approving or rejecting any proposed change or new submission to the WorkSafeBC published content.
6. Relationship Manager.
The relationship manager is a WorkSafeBC staff member responsible for managing the relationships with the franchises. The relationship manager reviews and approves the franchise applications and the franchise sites.
7. Administrator.
The administrators will manage the application and its configuration. The administrators will moderate the forum, manage the franchise users and perform massive content importations to the WorkSafeBC site. 

Judging Criteria: 
Your submission also will be judged using following criteria : 
1. Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the attached requirements.
2. How well your wireframes provides a consistent user flow.
3. How well you implement the required data and any suggestions, interactions and user flow you recommend (provide any notes or comments for the clients).

Create a 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file and place a screenshot from your submission within it. 

Submission File:
All requested contest requirements/screens as clickable HTML files unless otherwise stated in the contest details. 

Source Files:
Wireframes should be built in HTML, Axure (.rp). 

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
