Challenge Overview
Currently we have finished "/tc refactoring stage 1" project, but there are some changes to the db tables that will impact many existing application, e.g. OR/Cockpit, etc. As we don't want to change the table "tcs_catalog:project_category_lu" too much, we'll remove contest sub-types features for now.
In this contest, we'll going to remove contest sub types from the database, and update the UI accordingly.
