Challenge Overview
Aegle has sales associates who help sales agents sell policies by providing them strategic consultations. As part of this, sales associates manage their assigned agents using an Oracle CRM on Demand tool called ARMS (Agent Relationship Management System).
In today’s world, a manual feed from a system called Solar is the data source for ARMS.
However, the business wants to automatically provide daily sales of Quotes/Policies and issued business into ARMS to assist sales associates in better understanding the varying needs of each agent.
