Challenge Overview
Styx is a company that builds intrusion alarm systems. The client is looking to create a new mobile application that allows users to control their home and office alarm systems from mobile devices. The application will need to have the ability to perform the following basic operations:
- Show status of the system including alarms and fault conditions
- Execute common end-user actions like arm, disarm, bypass input, control outputs, acknowledge alarms
- Show event log of the system
- The application will need to have basic help descriptions to allow new users to learn how to use these tools.
The initial contests will build wireframes and storyboards however, long term we are looking to develop the full application for iOs and Android devices. We are looking for a copilot to manage the wireframes and storyboards contests. The implementation phase will be a separate phase from this initial deliverable.
