Challenge Summary

Welcome to “Fast 24hr – Humana IT Promotion Brochure Design” Contest. This contest has a purpose to create brochure printing design for Humana company that will be use as marketing material to attract, hire and retain top talent for their IT division. This is a fast contest with only 24hours available for submission phase, so please be aware of the timeline.

Primary Goals and Design Consideration :
We are trying to produce marketing collateral that will be used to attract, hire and retain top talent for Humana company. Currently, there is a gap in selling Humana company, their technology team (awards, recognition, cool technologies, people who inspire others with work that has a strong moral purpose), the work that Humana do, the value that they create to their members and lives that positively impact and visibility to the great attributes of the locations they are recruiting (Dallas, Louisville, Green Bay, Chicago). This contest is one of our ways to produces the marketing material for Humana company so they can define the new brand/face of their IT organization and its specific teams to the marketplace.

Humana company mission is to "inspire lifelong wellbeing". They live their mission by providing a suite of products and services that contribute to this end spanning commercial, military and government (medicare, medicade) domains. Humana technologists enable the value chain and their members access to products and services to help Humana customer proactively manage and positively influence their health.

Required Pages : We are looking for one brochure page design - focus on making the brochure design looks great and interesting for potential candidates. Designs should be exciting and grab the readers attention, but also be informative and professional.
Size : Standard paper 8.5x11 for printing purpose.
Font : Open to designer.
Color : Open to designer.
Content : You can use “Trelfa.pptx” as your basic content. But You are free to use your creativity to modify the content in that ppt files so it can be more interesting.

Target Audience
IT professional as potential candidates for Humana recruitment.

- Requirements:  Does your design meet the requirements as stated within the challenge?
- Quality:  Does your design look fresh, professional, and clean?
- Innovation, creativity and originality.

Submission & Source Files

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
All Requested Contest Submission Requirements stated above. Please create your submission as flat graphics of JPG or PNG files in RGB color mode at 300dpi resolution.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design in PSD, AI, EPS, or InDesign with 300dpi resolution.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors - Finalfix will come fast after winners announcement (if we got any).

4. istockphoto.com, When choosing stock photos, please steer towards happy people, energized to make a difference in other people's lives by building leading edge technologies. Other ideas include: pictures of smiling seniors as well as someone with a health need, technologists in a great space loving their work and great shots of Louisville hotspots. Please remember to follow the stock photo policies listed below.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

SUBMISSION FORMAT:

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
