Challenge Overview
Welcome to the TCO12 Main Site prototype contest! The goal of this contest is to create and build an HTML prototype for the TCO12 tournament website. Your design and layout must match the "look and feel" of the provided storyboard design while addressing the functionality detailed in this description. This website will be the face of TopCoder for the duration of the tournament.

Final Submission Guidelines
The main tasks of this competition will involve:
- Slicing the PSD files to include all photographic elements of the visual design. All other graphical elements should be coded into the CSS.
- Replicate the design of the approved storyboards for all pages
- Show a functional HTML click-through of the entire designated website
- Implement the navigation rollovers and functionality in an efficient and user-friendly manner
