Challenge Summary

Welcome to “Soteria Subscription and Delivery Services - User Scenario Wireframe Updates” contest. Soteria has a number of applications and website that provide their own subscription and delivery services, each implemented slightly different than the others. This project purpose is to create a centralized application for subscription and delivery services for all existing applications and sites that available in Soteria to their clients.  We already have initial wireframes that cover some functionality, your task is to completed all functionality required for this applications.

At the end of this contest, the client is looking appropriate system workflow for user application that easy to understand/navigate and clean, intuitive wireframes that will become a great input for storyboard design contest.

Detail Requirements :

For this contest, you will create the wireframes for Subscription and Delivery Services application. Please note that there are two (2) main activities that needs to be done :

1) Provide Subscription Service
- Subscriber login
- Subscriber can navigate and see list of all applications that provides subscription service
- Subscriber can see application that he/she already subscribes
- Subscriber can view all recipient that related to user.
- Subscriber can add/edit/delete recipient with their message references (Fax, SMS, Email, Voice)
- Subscriber can add/edit/delete their subscription service with their subscription request and specification.
- Subscriber can add/edit/delete recipients that will receive reports from subscription service.
- Subscriber can see all subscription of recipient.
- Subscriber can view application service details.
- Application/offers these reports to external clients.
- Provides subscribers' requests to the reporting application,
- Initializes the requests for delivery.

2) Provide delivery services.
- Subscriber can delivers the reports to recipient as their subscription specifications/preferences.
- Subscriber can see delivery status for each subscription for their recipient.
- Subscriber can set their delivery preference (delivery time out, send report (daily, monthly, weekly), and limit message for each receiver such as sms,email, etc)
- Subscriber can restart/kill/resend/dispatch delivery service.

Note : You are free to create your wireframes from scratch or re-use the existing wireframes that we provided in attachment. Please use ARS documents provided in attachment section for references about user flow.

Target Audiences
There will be three (3) kinds of user that will use this  application :
1. Administrator, an authorized person who responsible to manage this application.
2. User (Subscriber), person authorized to create and maintain a preference for service and also receives notifications  and content delivery on behalf of clients when a services is performed.
3. User (Recipient), receives notifications  and content delivery on behalf of clients when  a services is performed.
You only need to provide scenarios for user  in the wireframes and what can they do in this wireframes.

Judging Criteria
Your submission will be judged using following criteria :
1. Completeness and accuracy of the wireframe as defined in the attached documents.
2. How well your wireframes provides a consistent user flow.
3. How well you implement the required data and provides suggestion, interactions and the user flow (provide any notes or comments for the clients).

All requested contest requirements/screens as clickable HTML files unless otherwise stated in the contest details.

Source Files
Wireframes should be built in HTML, Axure (.rp).

  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
