Challenge Overview
Our client- Aegle is trying to implement a Technology Asset Query Service which returns specified data for different views:search results view, product detail view, enterprise view and operational view.
Note that for this contest, we do NOT have this standard component specification as these requirements are easy to understand.Instead, we will provide designed DDL/ERD and the ppt from the client in the contest forum. Competitors should go through these drafted requirements in PPT to finish the designing work. Meanwhile competitors are encouraged to propose some useful api like logging for potential requirements. If any confusion, please post in the contest forum.
Final Submission Guidelines
The submission deliverable is the design document which is the development specification. It should contain the following diagram and documentation:
- Use-Case Diagram
- Class Diagram
- Sequence Diagram
- Component Specification
- Activity Diagrams as deemed appropriate by component designer
- Assumptions and Dependencies (Technology, Infrastructure, ...)
Design documents must clearly define intended component usage
