Welcome to “Social Media Strategy Map Presentation” contest. This contest goal is to convert the current visual concept of “social media strategy map” into easily understandable and interesting design that can be used as presentation for their customer.

Primary Goals :

 “Social Media Strategy Map” is a visual presentation concept of an organization’s strategy broken down into rows called perspective. Within each perspective row are found the corresponding strategic business objective. The perspective rows are layered to indicate strategic support. Upward facing arrows connect objectives to show cause and effect dependency.

The Perspectives in a Social Media Strategy Map are:
1.    Financial
2.    People
3.    Conversations
4.    Platforms
5.    Process & Training

Strategy Maps are a valuable tool to communicate and link strategic objectives across the organization. Social Strategy Maps help to clarify and gain consensus around your strategy and ensure that all initiatives are tied to company financials.

Our client business is consumer engagement and digital media consulting. It is their mission to help businesses understand, apply, and monetize social media. The current visual presentation of “Social Media Strategy Map” that our client have right now looks too simple, not attractive and it’s hard to be understandable. We need a new design for “social media strategy map” that can be used as presentation and show the customer about the effective way to create a social media strategy.

Requirements :

Branding Guidelines : There are no branding guidelines

Size : Open to designer, but please make sure the design size fit for printing purpose (paper sized) since this presentation will be used for both computer and printing purposed. Presentation design must be created in 300dpi.

Font : Open to designer. Please make sure to listed all non-standard font if you used it in your design.

Color : The primary color must match with our client website which are black, blue, gray and orange. You are free to use other color for secondary color.

Content : Use content from BuildStrategy.ppt and SocialStrategyMapebook.pdf  document and creates new design for the presentation. Right now there are 3 (three) slides from the PPT files that can be converted into presentation design. These 3 slides in the PowerPoint presentation are intended as an idea starter. Your presentation design should give the essence of the eBook. You might find that the current slide presentation design can be expand to brand new design, Use your creativity to turned the"social media strategy map" concept into interesting and useful design that helps our client customer understand about it easily.

Target Device : Both  for Monitor and Printing purpose. Make sure your submissions can be used for printing and computer presentation.

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
All Requested Contest Submission Requirements stated above. Please create your submission as flat graphics of JPG or PNG files in RGB color mode at 72dpi resolution.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design in PSD, AI, or EPS with 300dpi resolution.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to creates power point files using your design or modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Stock Photography

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and final fixes (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
