Challenge Overview
Welcome to the TCO12 Main Site WordPress Theme Build contest! We already have the TCO12 HTML prototype and a draft WordPress theme, we need to merge the provided WP theme functionality with the skin of the provided HTML prototype. Your design and layout must match the "look and feel" of the provided storyboard design while addressing the functionality detailed in this description. This website will be the face of TopCoder for the duration of the tournament.
