Challenge Overview
We have a collection of digital content assets, typically presentations, which are used by sales representatives during their daily activity. These presentations go through a life-cycle (from development to deployment to retirement) which needs to be monitored. Additionally, there are a number of specific metadata items attached to each presentation (e.g. recipient list, training or production mode, etc.) which need to be captured. A common browser based intranet tool is required to facilitate the process of collecting and displaying the information and ensure that tasks are completed when required.
