Challenge Overview
We have a need for an extensible middleware user profiling tool that could accept potential application user data from a set of 14 standard views (later several different systems and formats) and allow an administrator to create access and profile lists for their applications. It would need a web interface GUI to build business rules that would form a particular application’s access list and each user on that list’s profile for the application.
The tool would most likely be built with an MS SQL server (prefferred or Oracle back end, Windows server environment, and .NET or Java as the preferred languages.
