Contest Details
TopCoder has recently introduced the TopCoder Cockpit Direct Application, which allows Customers, as well as Staff, Copilots, etc., to directly engage with the TopCoder processes and Community. For this contest we are asking you to merge and improve "Enterprise Dashboard" pages based on previous submissions.

This contest goal is to finalize our previous completed Enterprise Dashboard Wireframe contest. So, we need to use 1st Place submission as base of wireframe, with some additional elements from 2nd & 3rd Place content. There area also need create some new additional features in some sections. Read carefully details breakdown below.:

WIREFRAME REQUIREMENTS:

1). General

- We need simple design, layout, creative features like www.mint.com showed. Check this page to know how mint.com works: https://www.mint.com/how-it-works/
- Each sections in overview page layout need vertically stacked.
- Enterprise dashboard will show by select "Customer", "Project" or Billing Account in the sidebar of Cockpit Direct Application. We need show clear informations of "Projec", Customer" or "Billing Account" that currently displayed in the page.
- We need new slider in top of page. So, user can set any range of months. We're thinking to give the shortcut links to for current month, 3 month, 6 month, year. Show us what best way to achieve this solutions.
- We need a way to Print, Save as PDF and Save as XLS. You might need put this in the top side.
- We need create a New filter that would be at the top and controls the full page. So, when user select the certain metadata filters, it just reduce the project/contest/cost etc that need get filtered out.
- For every sections in the "Dashboard Enterprise" page, we need your help figure out what best way to leverage the usability of Cockpit Enterprise Dashboard.
- Give us clear notes of your idea/suggestion to help us understand your solutions.

2). Cost
- Remove "Health" area from Cost section. This will presents in the separate section.
- In the left side (Quick Summary) need consistent placement of title. Right now, "Total Cost" not aligned.
- We need include the projected cost. This would include actual costs + draft + scheduled costs. This will tell user if they are going to be over budget vs waiting to tell user once they over budget. So, we're thinking this cost should desing use stacked bar chart. Need your help to design, how it should looks like

3). Pipeline
- Need clear separation between "Projects" and "Contests" .
- What if we put the stats for total active/draft/complete/etc into a pie chart. So, the Pipeline section would have both a pie chart and bar chart?
- We're thinking place 2 icons view in the top right side of the box to access the Bar and Pie chart.

4). Roadmap
- For this section, we want to know what's going on now and what issues there are and what issues might be coming up.
- We like how 3rd Place divided the Complete, Upcoming & Overdue separations. Need something new but have same approach for the new roadmap.
- Check attached Product Roadmap.jpg. We need you to re-doing the project roadmap and implement it into Enterprise Dashboard.

5). Community
- Please improve this section. This community section will pull data from selected "Project", "Customer" or "Billing Account" in the right sidebar of Cockpit Application. Not all Projects need displayed here.
- Please use full map mode.
- In this section we need show the Top winners placement from every contest in the selected projects. Maybe by add some pin in the map?

6). (New Section) Project Health
- Add this new section on the top side of Cockpit Enterprise Dashboard overview page. (refer to 3rd place submissions)
- Add reposts to failed, e.g. 4/3 for failed/reposts
- We need better design to show details information for those different status.
- No need the pagination. Need the limit how much data need displayed. Or add a new View All link?
- In this sections, we need to embed some Project overview section. If you think you will separated, It's okay to do that.
- So, in the project overview will displayed Project information data, they are will be:
-- Project Name
-- Project Status
-- Client Contact
-- Cockpit Project Link
-- Copilot Private Forum
-- Copilot
-- TC Manager
- You can put dummy content for the table.

7). (New Section) Alerts
- We need create this new "Alert" section. We need you simplify these situations below and create more better Alert section. Refer to 2nd Place submission (About to Fail Projects section).
- We need a way to show which of contests have alerts (low registration, no reviewers, open forum questions). This display should show the alert type because I'm generally more concerned about registration / open questions than I am about reviewers (unless I'm within 24 hours of review)
- Alerts about which contests are supposed to launch this week and which contests have not launched that should, Especially if contests haven't launched that should, We want to know if things are being delayed quickly
- Maybe not necessary, but nice to have: alerts about contests that are about to end submission phase. We often will go into OR and look at contests that are about to end submission to make sure we've got submissions and have submissions from good members.
- Alerts about "Contact Manager" contests, this will show contests that are stuck.
- Alerts for projects that need client attention for example "Studio Reviews" and "Software Approvals".

8). (New Section) Total Spend
- This section need place below Cost. Or maybe merge it?
- The information need displayed just like attached monthly_spend.PNG
