Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Kratos Prism Storyboard Contest. The goal of this contest is to create storyboards for Kratos Prism Application. The inputs include the wireframes that need to be converted to storyboards based on style guide(PSDs from a different, but related project).

For your submission, we're looking for clean, professional, and have great User Experience of the application but still represent existing style & theme.

Contest Details
Kratos now needs to build the provided wireframe into high quality storyboard design based on existing style design & theme.

IMPORTANT
- Download the provided wireframe : Prism Wireframes (23,51Mb), this file use 7z format, you can download 7zip software to open the file (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html). All page flows in wireframe need recreate in your storyboard design.
- Download existing Prism Visual Reference (1,82Mb) and Kratos Style Theme (37,37Mb). Your submission must represent existing Look & Feel, especially check MTM_My Sets.psd file for the full page layout and design.
- Also please refer to the latest wireframe Prism Wireframe Latest Sidebar and Top bar (5,6Mb). Notice the difference lists:
-- New layout design for the sidebar and topbar
-- New Search design
-- Highlight row of yellow background need updated into blue row background
-- Make those updated area/elements consistent across your submission.
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

Submission Requirements
Your submission must show these following design work flow:

1). Manual Create
Scenario: Lee needs to create 100 lab dips for his vendor because his team products are not in the source line planning system. He goes to the Create screen in Illuminate. He populates the required information for one lab dip and some optional information too and copies the remaining 99 lab dips.

Work Flow
1. Navigate to the Create screen.
2. Select an 'Initiating Season'.
3. Enter the 'Proposed Material #'.
4. The System displays the 'Proposed Material Description'.
5. Enter the 'Vendor Code'.
6. The System displays the 'Vendor Name'.
7. Select the data to be copied
8. Drag to indicate the quantity of copied rows.
9. The System copies the selected data as specified
10. Enter the 'Color'.
11. The System displays the Color Code and Color Name.
12. Populate optional data.
13. Perform 'Create'.
14. The System displays the confirmation message.

2). Search Jobs
Scenario: Lee has lab dips with achievability issues which need the attention of a Color Advisor. He searches for the lab dips, identifies the Color Advisor(s), and inter offices the physical submit to him/her.

Work Flow
1. Navigate to the Search screen.
2. Select the type of search.
3. Select one or more Seasons.
4. Enter additional search criteria.
5. Perform 'Search'.
6. The System displays the Lab Dip jobs matching the search criteria.
6. Select a Lab Dip job.
7. The System displays the products which use the selected material-supplier-color combination in the season.
8. Identify and select one or more Color Advisors who will be sent the physical submit.
9. The System saves the name(s).
10. Select the option to print the "Where Used" reports.
11. The System displays the system "Print" dialog box.

3). Material Group Modify
Scenario: A vendor informed Lee that there is a material group which needs to be modified. He goes to the Material Groups screen and searches for the desired material group.

Work Flow
1. Select 'Material Groups'.
2. Enters search data.
3. Performs 'Search'.
4. The System displays the Material Groups matching the search data.
5. Select a Material Group.
6. The System displays the children of the Material Group.
7. Edit the Material Group.
8. Modify the Material Group (add/remove/change base items).
9. Save the changes.

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File

Submit JPG/PNG image files based on contest submission requirements stated above.

Source Files

All source files of all graphics created in either Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as editable, layered files at 1024X768 resolution. IF you create a PPT file - it should be packaged so that the fonts and graphics are embedded.

Final Fixes

As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
