Contest Details
Hestia is always looking to give their customers a better user experience by providing new and up-to-date features in their B2B Web Application. For this contest we need you to create storyboards to support the user click-paths within the "Message Center" scenario. We are looking for consistency and good user experience design.

IMPORTANT
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together with My Account pages.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance within existing Application like attached fol-prototype-merge.zip.
- Please use and refer to the Hestia B2B Design Resource to help make your design consistent across the existing application.

Message Center Design Requirements
Hestia is looking to create a "Message Center" within their application where B2B users can manage their contact preferences and also manage settings between the application and their mobile devices (Refer to fol-prototype-merge/change_my_preferences.html and My-Account.psd). This is our first attempt to figure out some of the "Message Center" requirements so your feature suggestions are welcome.

Features
The "Message Center" could send customer notifications for these types of situations:
- There are new features of the application
- Site Maintenance Information
- A message when order is ready for pickup
- A message when a order has shipped
- A message from their salesman
- Mobile preferences
- Note: A customer could receives a text message/sms, phone call, email (plain text or HTML) or notification on the appliation home page
- additional suggestions?

Design Items
- Design "Message Center" icon that will be placed under "Address Book" menu in the left sidebar of My Account page.
- What should the message center look like (note the existing application design and preferences design)
- How would the "Message Center" fit/work within the Hestia home page?
- How would the "Message Center" interact with mobile devices?
- The customer should have the the option to turn on/off features/notifications of the Message Center.
- If a Salemsan updates a Quote/Order the customer needs to be notified - how would this look?
- Provide information about Application services, warranties, some featured products, explain about company, upcoming promotions, sales etc.
- If a customer needs to contact/file a complaint - what is the best way to do that within the Message Center? (easy communication)
- Design "Get Help" feature? To help customer understand what the Message Center is.
- Any other features we should put within the Message Center? (do some research)
- Remember, the Message Center needs to be easy to access and navigate! (user experience!)
- Create storyboards/screens that show us the user flow and your solution.
