Challenge Summary

Territory Optimization Program needs a logo that will be used for the program and the matching web application.

The primary goal is to communicate that using this tool will guide Sales Managers on how to design sales territories to increase seller productivity and drive revenue growth.

Need a logo for the TOP:

The Territory Optimization Program ("TOP" - refer to DOC attached) is the first step for most Sales Managers in defining a Sales Territory for their sellers.

TOP integrates strategic guidance for Sales Managers into the Sales Territory definition, Incentives and Quota deployment process. It provides a simple easy way for Managers to make sales territory design decisions and to capture these sales territories for the basis for quotas.

TOP supports Sales Managers to utilise the simple business constructs such as Clients, Industries and Geographic areas to Sales Territories in their Sales Territory Design.

TOP provides Sales Managers with proven guidance on how to design sales territories to increase seller productivity and drive revenue growth.

The Target Audience - Sales Managers and their delegates, executives

Branding considerations - please refer to the ISM3Diamonds file - this file shows the "parent" program.  THe new logo should be clear & simple, encourage Sales Managers that TOP will enable performance, but be able to co-exist with these three diamonds and replace the TOP current logo file attached.

Please do not copy other work.
