Challenge Overview
Disovery Request for a co-pilot to help us understand what would be needed to complete a re-write of our current web application. The applicaiton is a large scale, robutst reporting front end to large MVS DB2 databases. lWe would like a high-level overview / approach / framework of what would be needed if we were to use Top Coder to develop and deploy a re-write of our current application. This should include the target number of competitions (what we would be looking at), how to break up the components / competitions, how to provide requirements to the community, what questions the top coder community would have, if there was a specific format, etc. We would also like to understand what the scope of the effort would be.
