Requirements& Design Considerations
Primary Considerations:
- Use Lycoming.com as a reference for content only (most of the pages/sub pages below map to the website) - we are planning to drasticaly improve upon this website.
- Clients like this site - http://www.cessna.com for the banner, menu, and menu popover.
- Clients like this site - https://www.blackbaud.com/ for the overall design, clean design, banner, boxes
- Clients like this site - http://www.brocade.com/ for fitting everything on one page, product mouseover with seperate "How to Buy Section"
- Clients like this site - http://www.broadcom.com/ for product mousover with sections and 3 boxes
- Breadcrumbs are required.
- Standard small footer (like on broadcom.com and lycoming.com)
- Easy navigation.
- Clean design - but not too much whitespace
- The subpages like Engines currently have the menu nav on the left side and are very wordy. The client doesn't like this. Please find a better way to display the same amount of information with a better menu navigation. We will provide more feedback at the milestone.
