Overview
HolyCrApp app provides customers with an action plan when they encounter unexpected situations. When customers encounter an issue, they search or browse the app for topics such as “flat tire”, “lost passport”, or “poison oak”.

The appropriate action will appear with offline content to solve the problem, such as directions or a remedy. If online, non-generic information will appear. For example, “Call AAA. The number is…”, “Call your home country’s embassy. The web link is… ”.

The app also provides a fun experience to the users by responding to not-so-serious questions such as “I forgot to do my homework” or “My girlfriend dumped me” with “Pretend to be sick and do not go to school” or “Carpe Diem! Aim high for the next one. Here is the link to a recommended dating site.” This will make the app more diverse, stimulate demand, and increase virility to overcome the barrier of download.
