Welcome to the Soteria Excecutive Steering Committee Report Presentation Template Design Contest. The goal of this contest is to design Presentation screens that capture a completely NEW design theme for Soteria Excecutive Steering Committee Report Presentation. We are looking for something New, Clean, Hi-Quality, Modern and Professional Design. This contest is a quick contest to get the presentation designed and created for Soteria! Help us out!

Contest Details
There are 9 Excecutive Steering Committee (ESC) Report defined as follows:
1. Actuarial & Rate Making
2. Business Intelligence (BI)
3. Claims and HealthCare
4. Corporate
5. Finance and Assessments
6. Human Resources and Facilities (HR & Facilities)
7. Information Technology (IT)
8. Prevention & Investigation
9. Review Division

"Each month a report will be created for each ESC. The slides being requested are intended to illustrate the overall portfolio of projects (and innovative ideas in the pipeline) for each ESC. Information in these slides will be used to discuss priorities and how best to allocate funds to achieve the highest benefits. "Pipeline" means upcoming projects. The proposed slides for each ESC will include (refer to Powerpoint Deck - Requirements.xls):

This workbook contains a mock-up for each of the slides above. A powerpoint slide deck representing these mock-ups is required.

Design Requirements
- We are looking for something CLEAN, great Table design, great SHARP GRAPHICS and something that has a DESIGN THEME (CONCEPT!) that can be carried thoughout an entire presentation deck.
- Suggest us approach of the slide header. This will be present in all pages. The header will contains company logo (use placeholder for now!) and title of the slide.
- Your design width should fits when implemented into presentation width.
- How the background looks? suggest the professional theme, with clean style.
- No stockart photo allowed in this contest.
- Presentation is for a senior executive steering committee. The final deck should be of high professional quality
- There must be a consistent look and feel across the different slides. We are not tied to the colors that are currently shown on the mock-ups
- Information should be shown visually as much as possible.
- It is possible that some of the slides will not fit on one page (e.g., depending upon how many projects are within scope for an ESC). The design should anticipate this.
- Design pages with details breakdown stated below that can be used as a design guideline thoughout the presentation deck:
- Note: all data shown is sample data only. Once a template is created we will populate with real content. Make sure your design accomodate that.
- Keep the typopgraphy/text/graphic simple yet sharp to a viewer .

1). S1 - ESC Overview
- Notice there's 3 categories of initiatives: approved, holding, pipeline
- There's table design inside this slide, make sure the content can fits within the cells.
- Notice the progress bar under Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4... Make sure the progress bar width is fluid.
- Display $$ for remaining cells in Ks & M
- At columns O,P,Q need the NEW design of the symbols. Make sure the symbols represents the meaning of column.
- Match content like provided sheet.
- On S1 and S2 there may be more projects listed than will fit on a single slide. Therefore we actually need two versions designed for each of these slides. One version will show S1 and S2 each as a single slide. The second version will show S1 and S2 each broken in to multiple slides.
- Check notes at the bottom of S1 - ESC Overview sheet

2). S2 - ESC Costs
- You need handle the table design to looks better in the slide.
- Use proper background color in table title, total rows etc.
- On S1 and S2 there may be more projects listed than will fit on a single slide. Therefore we actually need two versions designed for each of these slides. One version will show S1 and S2 each as a single slide. The second version will show S1 and S2 each broken in to multiple slides.
- Make sure all cells can fits longer value. Suggest us best way to achieve that.

3). S3 - ESC Budget Summary
- Use proper background color in table title, total rows etc.
- Display $$ for remaining columns in 000's
- Check notes at the bottom of S3 - ESC Budget Summary
- In addition to the data presented we want a graphical representation of the data to be shown, such as a pie chart.

4). S4 - Recommended 2012 Investment Plan
- Update the table width to fits within slide width.
- Use proper background color in table title, total rows etc.
- Watch the alignment for number values.
- Check notes at the bottom of S4 - 2012 Investment Plan
- In addition to the data presented we want a graphical representation of the data to be shown, such as a pie chart. For S4, the chart will apply only to Column D (Investment Plan Rounded).

5). S5 - Application Health Check
- Make sure you create consistent width in the slide.
- Use proper background color in table title, total rows etc.
- Design more better symbols and background color for "Software" & "Infrastructure" columns
- Match content like provided sheet.

6). S6 - Appendix: Legend for Symbols
- In the Appendix, create a slide that provides a legend for the different symbols used. For example, on the ESC overview the symbols used to track how well progress is being made on budget, schedule, scope, and symbols used on the Application Health
- Suggest us how the best practices of symbol legends list gonna looks like.
- Make sure you gather all symbol from all slides.

Source Files

All original source files. Original source files should be saved as layered Photoshop PSD files or AI / EPS (Illustrator) files.

Final Fixes

As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
