Challenge Summary
Welcome to the CSSTEM Coding School Wireframes!
The client of this application is DARPA. They have been working with TopCoder to build a modern web-portal called NoNameSite.com (NNS) for education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). NNS also has a focus on Computer Science (CS) education. The users of NoNameSite.com are middle school and high school students between the ages of 13 and 18 in the United States. NNS creates an environment to learn interesting topics through a user-friendly interface.
The client has decided to add a new coding school section to NoNameSite.com. The coding school will teach programming to middle school and high school students in a fun, rewarding way. The member will complete various programming tasks and be rewarded with scores, ratings, and the chance to win prizes.
Lessons will start off with very basic coding and logic so even members with no programming experience can participate. A simple, drag and drop interface will make the lesson easy to follow. Tasks and projects will increase in difficulty as the students move deeper into the process of learning how to program.
