Challenge Overview
Technical support is the name of the organization. The members of this organization will use the application to perform their needed tasks. The current application uses a communication protocol accessed from the endpoint device.
The problem is that the protocol is specific to this endpoint device and uses Lotus Mobile Connect and UDP over VPN for the actual communication. Because of this limitation, the application can only work on devices which come with Windows Mobile 6.5. This severely restricts the usability of the application and hinders the efficiency of the organization members.
