Challenge Overview
In this contest we describe, at a high level, an n-tier web application. The application offers a self-service portal to medical services providers registering for participation in Medicaid, a US national health insurance program. The application will accept input, validate the data, and then verify the data to protect against medical fraud.
Your task is to design a system architecture for the requirements listed on the wiki that is MITA 3 compliant, and that can integrate with the target system.
